A 24-year-old Rocklin man has been arrested in connection with the August robbery of a local restaurant. Justin Zinman is being held in Placer County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail, according to a Rocklin Police Department news release. Officials said he was arrested Dec. 15 on suspicion of robbing
