The Sacramento Sheriff's Department today announced the arrest of a 20-year-old man in connection with the sexual assault of a woman near American River College last summer. Ian Clark (pictured) was arrested Thursday at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center, where he has been in custody since his arrest July 27
