Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department crews have responded to the Century Theaters on Ethan Way in the Arden Arcade area after a vehicle in the parking lot struck the building. Capt. Chris Quinn said he did not know what caused the crash, which was reported shortly after 9 p.m. He said
