The Sacramento Violent Crimes Task Force is asking the public's help to identify a man suspected of robbing three Sacramento-area banks in the past two months. Authorities have dubbed the suspect (pictured) the "Bad Hatter Bandit" because in each instance he has worn one of a variety of black hats.
