Lodi police arrested a man for allegedly stabbing his mother twice on Saturday. Chad Elliott, 24, was arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide. His mother was listed in stable condition. Police said they were called at about 1:30 p.m. to 325 West Locust St. where they were told a person
