The name of the woman who drowned last week inside a vehicle that went into the Sacramento River has been released. The Yolo County Coroner's office identified her as Mussarat Parveen Shaudhary, 58, of West Sacramento. A CHP 911 dispatcher spent about 10 minutes on the phone with Shaudhary, who
