A drunken driving checkpoint in West Sacramento was a busy place on Friday night. The checkpoint was conducted at Harbor Boulevard and Duluth Street. Here are the stats from police Lt. Tod Sockman, division commander: • A total of 522 cars came through the checkpoint. • Four citations were issued
