Sacramento police would like to talk to anyone who witnessed a collision this afternoon in which a vehicle struck a pedestrian. A woman was headed southbound across Arden Way at Oxford Street about 1:40 p.m. when she was hit by a vehicle. She suffered serious injuries and is being treated
