The Sacramento County Coroner's office has released the name of a woman found shot to death in a double homicide Tuesday night in Citrus Heights. She was identified as Gladys Quinteros, 41, of Citrus Heights. The man found dead with Quinteros has yet to be identified by the coroner. Officers
