A Valley Hi mother was jailed after allegedly firing a shot at her teenage son, according to Sacramento police. Marlene Young, 47, got into an argument at a home on Majorca Circle with her 16-year-old son about 6 a.m. Monday, a disagreement that prompted her to get a gun.
