Two men who were placing advertising fliers on the doorknobs of Rocklin homes were arrested Thursday on suspicion of burglary. At about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, a resident on Wildflower Lane heard a noise coming from inside the open garage of the family home. He went out his front door and
