A bone marrow registry drive will be held Saturday for a police officer and Sacramento area resident diagnosed with an aggressive blood cancer. Gerald Vincent, 46, has lymphoma and has endured extensive and painful cancer treatments. He needs a bone marrow transplant, but a matching donor has not been found.
