A Sacramento man was arrested for allegedly beating his dog to death and throwing it in the garbage. Aaron Cesena, 46, (pictured) was arrested Tuesday on a felony charge of suspicion of committing animal cruelty. His bail was set at $20,000. Police were called to a residence in the 3200
