Citrus Heights police are investigating the a fatal shooting that may have resulted from a family dispute. Officers responded about 8:30 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the 7600 block of Kensington Drive. When officers arrived, they found male gunshot victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene,
