Sacramento police have arrested two suspects in connection with a June shooting at a house party that left one dead and three injured. Today, police arrested 19-year-old Elijah Rodgers on suspicion of murder, resisting arrest, possession of rock cocaine for sale and weapons charges, according to Officer Michele Gigante. Police
