Sacramento police officers are investigating a case in which a 9-month old baby boy may have been given pot by his babysitter. At 11:11 p.m. Saturday, police responded to Kaiser Permanente Hospital, 6600 block of Bruceville Road, on a report that a baby had been brought into the emergency room
