Davis police are seeking help finding a missing 19-year-old man. Balbino Mercadal (pictured) was last seen at 9 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Glacier Drive in Davis. He told friends that he was leaving for the Bay Area, but he never arrived. Police said this behavior is out
