Sacramento County Sheriff's department officials say the body found in a Rosemont park this morning is that of a juvenile female. A sheriff's spokesman said the victim was found about 6:30 a.m. today at Rosemont Community Park, near Mayhew Road and Kiefer Boulevard. Her body was found in a dugout
