The Sacramento County Coroner's Office has released the name of a driver who died along Highway 50 on Monday when his pickup left the roadway and hit a tree near Folsom. He was identified as Joseph Pickell, 31, of Kelso, Wash. Pickell was driving alone westbound east of Folsom Boulevard
