The Sacramento County Coroner's office has released the name of the motorcyclist killed Thursday morning on the Capital City Freeway. He was identified as Brett Dewitt Goodenough, 52, of Elk Grove. The California Highway Patrol said the Goodnenough was riding eastbound on the freeway near Arden Way about 4:30 a.m.
