A contractor who was killed this morning when a fence collapsed on him in Lincoln has been identified by the Placer County Coroner's Office as Kurt Allen Clark, 53, of Newcastle. Clark and an employee were preparing to take down a heavy ceramic tile fence on E Street and replace
