Drunk driving checkpoints are planned in Citrus Heights and Davis during the long Labor Day weekend. The Citrus Heights checkpoint begins tonight at 7 p.m. and continues to 3 a.m. Saturday at a still-undisclosed location. Officers at the checkpoint will also check to see if motorists have proper driver's licenses.
