The 16 Complex fire, which began last Tuesday, has now burned a little less than 18,000 acres and is 90 percent contained as of 6:30 a.m. The 16 Complex Fire is two separate fires located about four miles apart along Highway 16 and south of Highway 20 in Colusa County.
